Bonuses and promotions offered by 888pk are subject to specific terms and conditions which are stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Not all players may be eligible for all bonuses. Eligibility depends on factors including account status, deposit history and compliance with previous bonus terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple — for example, 30x the bonus amount. This means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus value before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies. This is typically PKR 500 per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The specific maximum bet is stated in each promotion's terms.
All sports bets are subject to acceptance by 888pk. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors or if the bet exceeds the maximum stake for that market. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt is issued, the bet stands and cannot be cancelled by the player.
Live in-play betting odds and markets are updated in real time based on match events. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between an event occurring and odds being updated. Bets placed during this delay are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, not the odds that should have been displayed.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). If no official result is available, 888pk will use reputable third-party statistics providers. Settlement decisions made by 888pk are final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact customer support within 7 days of settlement with supporting evidence.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, the following rules apply:

If your internet connection is lost during a live casino round or slot spin, the game round will be completed by the system. For live casino, the dealer will complete the round as normal and the result will be applied to your account. For slots, the spin will complete automatically and the result will be recorded. When you reconnect, you will see the outcome and your updated balance.
Each live casino table and slot game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before you enter. These limits cannot be exceeded. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or software bug, all affected bets and game rounds are void and stakes are returned. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. An inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month may be charged after the initial 12-month period until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.
